Creating landscapes is a favorite for me!  Especially ones with an old fashioned flare.  Thought I would share a few that that are no longer available for sale.

This one was a 6 ft by 8 ft consignment piece on canvas for a family that lives on the Texas Brazos River. Of course, hubby helped and made this wonderful cedar frame.  They folks requested that the canvas be stretched onto the wood with upholstery pens for a more rustic look.

I was sooooooooo sooooooooo very honored when this landscape was chosen by DecoArt Media as the winner of a painting contest.

And this little landscape was a gift!

This was a commission piece – approx 24×36″ on canvas –  for a family who lives across the creek from the ranch.  This is the scene from their memory of the old homestead.

Here is one I did with Lindy’s Stamp Gang sprays – totally!  As well as some mixed media items such as tissue paper and modeling paste.  It is 20×24″ on stretched canvas.
